Cart Body & Walls

The cart is built with food-grade stainless steel and lockable wheels. Side and back walls are smooth for hygiene, the front wall has a serving counter with display space, and the roof canopy provides shade and branding panels.

Cooking Setup

Equipped with a 2–3 burner stove, large handi/kadai setup, hot plate, and fryer, with gas piping and cylinder storage built inside. Mounted racks hold ladles, utensils, spice containers, and serving bowls.

Storage & Service

Built-in cabinets provide dry and cold storage for rice, spices, meat, and vegetables. A wash basin with tap, foot pump, and dual tanks ensures hygiene. The serving wall has cutlery stands, tissue holders, racks for disposables, and space for a mini fridge/freezer.

Electrical & Safety
