RENTAL TERMS

Cart rental is a unique concept introduced by us for the first time in India. To begin, vendors are required to pay a one-month refundable deposit, with rental payments made on a daily or weekly basis as per the chosen plan. Transportation, relocation, and insurance charges are to be borne by the vendor. The minimum rental contract is six months, and a one-month prior notice must be given if the vendor wishes to discontinue.

We provide a FAASi License with every cart, while vendors are responsible for securing Municipal Hawker/Trade Licenses and any additional local permissions. Support for Swiggy and Zomato registration may also be provided, subject to availability and partner terms. Regular maintenance is taken care of by us; however, any damage caused due to misuse or negligence will be chargeable to the vendor.

The carts are strictly meant for food and beverage businesses and cannot be sub-leased or modified without prior written approval. Vendors are responsible for arranging additional insurance if required, and we hold no liability for losses, penalties, or violations resulting from misuse or non-compliance. In case of misuse, violation of terms, or non-payment, the contract may be terminated immediately without any refund of the deposit.
